A potential health campus in Nõmme district, situated in natural park with heritage value. The construction of a new health centre with a dental clinic and doctors offices has been completed. The former pharmacy building has been renovated . There is also a number of other larger and smaller buildings awaiting development, such as the former hospital buildings from 1926 and 1958 with net surface areas of 2,231.2 m2 and 3,741.5 m2, respectively, which would be suitable for a hospital, rehabilitation centre, care home, kindergarten, etc. At this point, we are primarily interested in renovating the currently vacant buildings based on the needs of the future tenants and to take the buildings into use. We are open to cooperation offers.
