The building from 1974, located on Laikmaa street, was rebuilt as a hotel in 2004. Renovated in 2021. After the renovation, the ten floors of the hotel have 324 rooms of different categories and a 228-seat restaurant. On the 10th floor there is an area for events, meetings and conferences.
