An Art Nouveau building built in 1914, partially restored in 1947 from damage caused by bombing. The building underwent a complete renovation in 2018.
The facade of the building got a completely new look, the entrances and lobbies were renovated according to the standards of a representative commercial building. An elevator serving the building’s tenants and visitors was installed in the main stairwell. The surfaces were equipped with all modern communications, including ventilation and cooling.
It is a commercial building. Restaurants on the first floor, office spaces and guest apartments on the upper floors.
