An office building with a gross surface area of 5 500 m2 built in 2019. 4 overground floors + 1 underground floor. One part of the complex of the headquarters of Tallink in the Sadama Street district. On the ground floor, there are the customer service of Eesti Gaas, the showroom of the restaurant appliances of Gastrolink, and the Favore restaurant; the upper floors house the offices of the companies of the Infortar Group.
