Kassisilma 15 commercial and warehouse development is a project characterized by an attractive location in the Räni technology park. The object is located 11 minutes by car from the center of Tartu and is located in the vicinity of Lõunakeskus, which attracts large numbers of people in Southern Estonia all year long. The planned building consists of two parts:
a) Industrial and warehouse – a one-storey building with a steel structure, where SW panels are used in the exterior and interior finishing of the building and PU foam is used as heat insulation material – total area – 727.3 m2
b) Office and utility block – a two-storey part of reinforced concrete structure, where there are office and utility rooms necessary for the operations of the tenants and maintaining the building. – total area – 444.0 m2.
