Urge commercial park is a new business and industrial real estate development, located in Kohila municipality, Urge village, in the close vicinity of Kohila town, situated in between Urge road and Tallinn-Rapla-Türi road.
Urge commercial park is located in a very good logistical location, where the national highway No. 15 (Tallinn-Rapla-Türi) and the Tallinn-Rapla-Viljandi railway pass right through the village of Urge and the town of Kohila. In addition, the Rail Baltica railway will also be passing through, which along with a local station are already under construction. All existing and future connections are an important for transportation between Tallinn and Rapla, as well as preconditions for further development (including housing and commercial real estate) of Kohila municipality.
Access to the commercial park is from the asphalted local Urge road, through the Urge road T3 land unit, where a proper exit is planned through the Rail Baltica project. Access for light and pedestrian traffic is guaranteed via the existing pedestrian road.
